About Me

Hello!

My name is Modesty, and I am sixteen years old.  Our family travels a lot with my Dad preaching (in churches), and we all go streetpreaching.  The men preach, and the ladies hold signs, pass out tracts, etc.  I am child number five in a family of eight.  I own two dogs; Shadow, my Schipperke, Princess Pansy (named after the author Isabella Alden), one of my Shelties, and Jubilee, my other Sheltie.  I LOVE blogging, reading, TaeKwonDo, photography, spending time with family and friends, volleyball, racquetball, fall, sweaters, southern sweet tea, bowling, my Bible, my church family, and my Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ!

I started Little Lady In Training to share different things that I am learning/have learned as my parents train me to become a more Godly Lady.  I will be sharing all sorts of recipes, poems, lessons (from my parents, pastor, friends, etc), things I have learned in my own devotions, Bible studies, or just something I think may be able to help someone else.  I will also occasionally post about some blog giveaways that I think are worth mentioning.


3. The aged women likewise, that they be in behaviour as becometh holiness, not false accusers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things;  4. That they may teach the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children,  5. To be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed.
